All items will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Please note: International parcels may take a little longer to dispatch.
Some coutries may charge customs fees. This is NOT the respobsability of the Bad Sheep Boutique or the postage company used to send the item.
All items are packaged carefully to ensure that they reach you in great condition.
Should anything turn up in less than acceptable condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take the necessary action.
Please note: We cannot be held accountable for any damage which occurs during transportation of parcels, but we will report any wrong doings to the postage companies and help you as much as we can.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds will only be given if the product is damaged or not as described (if we have sent you the item that was not the one you ordered). If you wish to request a refund, please email us within 7 days of recieving the item and provide as much detail as possible. Photos would be helpful to speed the process along.
If the item you recieve is not as expected or the wrong size, we will happily exchange it for something else of the same value or as a part exchange for any item of a higher value. In this situation we ask that you send back the item, ideally 2nd class recorded, so that we can track the parcel. When it gets to us, we will then post the new item out to you right away.
